RECRUITMENT

As members of the Greek community, Alpha Delta Pi is proud to welcome those who want to enhance their college experience as part of something bigger. Come home to Alpha Delta Pi and find women who are true and loyal, just like our blue and white colors represent. ADPi sisters are leaders and visionaries. We are SGA senators, artists, student athletes, and scholars. We are committed to sisterhood, values and ethics, high academic standards, and social responsibility. We committed to those when we established the first secret society for collegiate women in 1851 at the first university chartered to grant degrees to women. We are committed to them still today.

Alpha Delta Pi is proud to participate in UNLV Panhellenic's Fall Formal Recruitment. For updates, make sure to follow us on our social media @unlvadpi and panhellenic's social media @unlvphc

DAY 2 : SISTERHOOD DAY

During day two of recruitment, we get to share our love for our national philanthropy, the Ronald McDonald House of Charities. RMHC is something that we hold so close and dear to our hearts as we're able to #keepfamiliesclose. We hope on this day you feel connected to our sisterhood as we dive deeper into how we're involved in our community.  Our sisters are so excited as we get to have conversations with YOU on this day!

DAY 1: OPEN HOUSE DAY

BOOM BOOM <>
During day of one of recruitment, you'll get a small glimpse of our sisterhood. Our favorite part of this day is that we get to answer your questions and share all things ADPi! This is the day where you will meet every Panhellenic chapter, so trust the process and enjoy the next three days. It’s one of the most exciting things we’ve endured.

DAY 3: PREFERENCE

"I believe in Alpha Delta Pi. I believe that my sorority is more than a ritual, more than a symbol, that it is a way of life."

Day three of recruitment is something very special to us. On this day, we get to share a deeper part of our sisterhood, our values, and why ADPi means so much to us. We hope that you feel the strong bond of sisterhood when you enter the room, and hope that you find Alpha Delta Pi your home, as we found it ours.

BID DAY

Find Your Home

Hello and Welcome to Alpha Delta Pi!

On behalf of all our sisters, we are thrilled that you are taking an interest in Greek Life at UNLV.

Although it can be stressful and seem a bit overwhelming at times, it will be one of the most rewarding and beneficial decisions you can make, both in your personal and professional life. Taking a chance on finding your forever home can lead to some of the best memories, the most cherished experiences, and lifelong friendships that go beyond just being a part of a sorority.

The benefits from joining a sisterhood are countless, the women you are surrounded by are there for life, they are a constant support system and help you navigate your way through college.

Taking a chance and finding my forever home is one of the best decisions I have made. I ran home to Alpha Delta Pi in Fall 2020, and since then I have been given amazing opportunities. From my personal growth to my career, ADPi has given me multiple opportunities to grow and make connections. When I joined, I was very introverted but from taking leadership positions and realizing that I found my family here not only in Vegas but for life, my sisters have and continue to help me become the person I am today. I am forever grateful for the love ADPi has given me, and we want the same for you, for you to find your home that you feel loved in and can see yourself flourish in.

I’ve been lucky enough to learn and meet so many diverse people through Greek life, and one of the biggest takeaways and mottos that has stuck with me is Alpha Delta Pi will give you everything, if you let it.
